Prime Minister, Kassim Fate beat vehemently upon the Immigration Department has been accused in allowing arbitrary intrusion of foreigners in the region. He said that the indiscriminate increase of the visitors are dangerous to the welfare of the region and the nation as a whole. 

The Prime Minister made the remarks yesterday in Bukoba after receiving a report from the provincial governor, John Mongella, began a four-day visit in the region.

 He said there is a major weakness in controlling arbitrary inflow of foreigners in the territory of Missenyi, Kyerwa, Ngara and Biharamulo little, the situation which threatens the welfare of the district, provincial and national levels. 

"Immigration have been a source of entry arbitrary. RIO (Regional Head of Migration), and your colleagues to CHANGE district immediately to protect the country," said Fate.

 He said arbitrary inflow of people will bring serious problems, including endangering the safety of land, increasing population and an increase in the budget that affect the delivery of services to Tanzanians. He said the country's borders should be protected and controlled. In addition, he said there had been a massacre of citizens Tanzanians in which there Missenyi ranch livestock from abroad.

 He urged the Ministry of Interior and the State Migration control the situation. "The government did not want to restore the operation in 2012 and 2013. If necessary, we will reintroduce," said Prime Minister Destiny.

The government has allocated a total of Sh billion 811 to be used to implement the commitments of President John Magufuli of amassing every village Sh 50 million for development activities. It is reported that the government has begun to engage various stakeholders to get feedback on how to run the program efficiently and effectively.
Executive Secretary of the Council of Economic Empowerment (NEEC) said the government will begin to withdraw funds from the next fiscal year. He was speaking to journalists at the weekend after a meeting of stakeholders who were negotiating a draft of the plan of financing for development. The meeting was attended by representatives of the district councils, the Bank of Tanzania (BoT), the Foundation for Community Development (TASAF), banks, pension funds community and various groups. "Initially, these funds will be released in three phases over the past five years," he said. He said the funds will be provided through the bank before the release of various groups like Coba, SACCOs and other groups according to established procedures. He said the program will start with 10 regions behind in the use of financial services based on information research FinScope 2013. Regions that are Singida, Lindi, Mtwara, Mbeya, Shinyanga, Geita, Kagera, Dodoma, Rukwa and Ruvuma. Opening the conference, Minister of State in Prime Minister's Office, Policy, Relations of the Parliament, Labour, Employment, Youth and Disabled, Jenista Mhagama, said the meeting was aimed at getting the views of the experts how best to implement it. Speaking on behalf of the Minister, Acting Director, Private Sector Development, Investment and Empowerment, Office of the Prime Minister, Victor Mwainyekule said the ideas will be considered to improve the program aimed at fighting poverty. Head of Operations, Women's Bank (TWB), Zablon Yebete said the program is a great investment for Tanzania which should be backed by financial institutions and other stakeholders in the country. "We need to support this initiative involving financial instruments for its implementation for the benefit of the nation," he said. According to the plan, beneficiaries will be trained in entrepreneurship before receiving the funds.
